🌟 Do You Trust Engineers or Salespeople? 🌟

In our daily lives, we often purchase products through salespeople. But have you ever encountered a salesperson who truly knows their products inside out and can answer any question you throw at them? More often than not, salespeople might divert attention with other topics, aiming to get you to part with your money. When problems arise, the issues get passed along the chain: from PM to FAE, and eventually to the engineers.

With 95% of my experience rooted in the product domain, I have 16 years of extensive experience in PM, engineering and FAE field. Even engineers rely on me to resolve issues because, ultimately, I am the one who knows the products best.

Since joining Max TPMS at the end of 2017, I've frequently worked 16-hour days. I understand deeply that a good product can't be made carelessly; it requires extreme dedication and comprehensive problem-solving. Initially, I dealt with five to six customer complaints a day. Within three months, I corrected about 600 issues in the database. Afterwards, customer complaints to me reduced to just one to three per week. I also conducted comprehensive testing on problematic firmware and resolved issues across other products. It was through these efforts that Max TPMS entered its growth phase.

Now, there is a new opportunity to fully utilize my abilities: 95% in the product domain and 5% in sales (having worked as a semiconductor salesperson for over a year). I am capable of perfecting TPMS products, providing impeccable product support, finding more compatible programming tool suppliers, and establishing truly 24/7 customer service.
