Warranty Terms and Conditions

• We offer a warranty of three years or 30,000 miles, ensuring the quality and durability of our products.
• Since our Universal TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) supports a wide range of vehicle types, each with varying power consumption, the lifespan of components may differ. While we use the industry’s largest battery capacity, we maintain a conservative warranty estimation to guarantee reliable performance.

Returns and Exchange Process

1. Documentation and Photo Upload:
   • In case of product issues, customers are required to upload photos that clearly depict the problem.
   • Additionally, please provide detailed vehicle information, including the model and year.
   • Our professional engineering team will analyze the issue and offer consultation and support.
2. Unused Product Return Policy:
   • For customers who are dissatisfied with the product, unopened, unused items in their original and undamaged packaging may be returned as new.
   • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
   • Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will issue a full refund.
3. Exchange Shipping Terms:
   • Shipping costs for replacement products will be covered by our company.
   • If the number of defective items exceeds a certain threshold (e.g., 20 pieces or more), we will ship replacements along with the next order shipment.
   • All exchanges and shipping arrangements will be recorded in the Invoice and RMA Form.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
