Returns & Refunds Policy
Order Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order within 15 calendar days without providing any reason.
The deadline for canceling an order is 15 days from the date you received the goods or from the date a third party you appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
The goods were purchased within the last 15 days
The goods are in their original packaging with no damage
The goods are not damaged by human error
The following goods cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized items
Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., perishable or expired items)
Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Return and Refund Process
Notify Us: You must inform us of your decision to cancel by means of a clear statement. You can notify us via email at: technicalsupport@nexautogear.com. Please provide the reason for the return in your email.
Technical Support Team: If the reason for the return is that you do not know how to use the product, please contact our technical support team within 15 days of receiving the product at technicalsupport@nexautogear.com. We will assist you in resolving any issues you encounter. If the technical support team is unable to resolve the issue, we will proceed with the return.

Repackaging and Restocking Fees: If the product packaging is damaged, we will charge an 8% repackaging fee based on the product price. Additionally, all returned items will incur a 3% restocking fee.
Refund: We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to ensure the goods are not lost or damaged during return shipping. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this policy or to provide accurate return information.
We are not liable for damage incurred during the return shipping process.
Once the product is returned and inspected, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
