Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 15 calendar days without providing any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 15 days from the date you received the goods or from the date a third party you appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 15 days

  • The goods are in their original packaging with no damage

  • The goods are not damaged by human error

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., perishable or expired items)

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return and Refund Process

  1. Notify Us: You must inform us of your decision to cancel by means of a clear statement. You can notify us via email at: technicalsupport@nexautogear.com. Please provide the reason for the return in your email.

  2. Technical Support Team: If the reason for the return is that you do not know how to use the product, please contact our technical support team within 15 days of receiving the product at technicalsupport@nexautogear.com. We will assist you in resolving any issues you encounter. If the technical support team is unable to resolve the issue, we will proceed with the return.

  4. Repackaging and Restocking Fees: If the product packaging is damaged, we will charge an 8% repackaging fee based on the product price. Additionally, all returned items will incur a 3% restocking fee.

  5. Refund: We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to ensure the goods are not lost or damaged during return shipping. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Limited Warranty policy

Warranty Coverage:

We warrant to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Period:

The warranty period varies by product. Please refer to the specific product details for the applicable warranty period.

Warranty Service:

If a defect arises during the warranty period, Nexautogear will, at its option:

  1. Repair the defective product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or

  2. Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:

To obtain warranty service, you must:

  1. Contact Nexautogear customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Provide proof of purchase showing the date of purchase and the product model.

  3. Send the defective product to the address provided by Nexautogear customer service, along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. The cost of shipping the defective product is the responsibility of the customer.

Nexautogear will send out a replacement within 15 days of receiving the defective product. Please note that the replacement product may be new or refurbished.

Exclusions and Limitations:

This warranty does not apply to:

  1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect.

  2. Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance.

  3. Damage resulting from unauthorized modification or repair.

  4. Normal wear and tear.

  5. Damage resulting from the use of incompatible equipment or accessories.

  6. Any product with a removed, altered, or damaged serial number.

  7. Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake).

  8. Damage occurring during transportation (customer is responsible for shipping).

  9. Damage caused by improper storage conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures or humidity).

  10. Failures or damage caused by consumables (e.g., batteries, LED bulbs).

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

In no event shall Nexautogear be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, or data), whether based on breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or any other legal theory.
